The new development features a 54,000-square-foot, two-story academic building alongside a 146,000-square-foot, 10-story residence hall offering 548 beds.
After closing six new project financings for five different schools totaling $971,545,000 in 2018, Collegiate Housing Foundation has now undertaken to own, finance, construct and operate 60 student housing facilities of almost 40,000 beds in 24 different states for 46 different schools for total project costs exceeding $3.1 billion.
Ground broken for nearly $100 million project, scheduled for completion in July 2019.
